General Infomation

  1. We strongly advice every pilgrim to learn and understand the rituals of Hajj and how to perform them by attending the Hajj Seminars at the North Brixton Mosque prior to travel.
  2. All terms and conditions must be followed throughout the Hajj journey.
  3. The booking form must be fully completed and signed.
  4. Babsalam Hajj &Umrah will not enter into any contract until the required deposit has been paid and a confirmation invoice has been sent.
  5. All deposits are non-refundable.
  6. Balance must be paid in full 30 days prior to travel.
  7. If the full payment is not received on time Babsalam Hajj &Umrah reserve the right to cancel the booking and the deposit paid will be forfeited.
  8. All necessary documents must be received no later than 4 weeks prior to departure date
  9. Departure and Return dates may change in accordance with the Dhul-Hijjah Calendar.
  10. We are unable to guarantee the granting of the Hajj visa and as a result accept no liability whatsoever for any refusal or delay in obtaining a visa.
  11. Babsalam Hajj Umrah are not liable for any losses to your personal valuables such as luggage, money and personal belongings. The star rating of the hotel in Saudi Arabia is according to Saudi Ministry of Trade Standards. The distance advertised is according to calculations of concerned authorities in Saudi Arabia as shown in the official licences. The Ministry of Hajj provides tents in Mina and Arafat. Please note there will be no tents provided in Muzdalifah. All Pilgrims are requested to make their own arrangements e.g. sleeping bags.
  12. All transportation is provided by the Ministry of Hajj. Be prepared for serious delays in all transportation provided during the Hajj period.
  13. In Aziziyah, basic breakfast and dinner will be provided. The meals are complimentary and you are not obliged to take up the meal on offer and you can eat elsewhere at your own expense. We do not provide any special diets.
  14. Please be aware that during the Hajj period, because of the huge number of people on pilgrimage and the problems of overcrowding, your planned Ziyarat may sometimes have to be changed or your room facilities or furniture may be different. Babsalam Hajj & Umrah is unable to prevent this from occurring on occasion and accept no liability for this.

Health & Safety Information

  1. Health services are free as provided by the Ministry of Hajj, however if any passenger is on regular medication, he/she should consult their GP and inform us of any special medical requirements. Babsalam Hajj &Umrah are not liable for any Hujaj falling ill due to the physical demands of Hajj.
  2. You should consider taking out travel insurance for your trip. We would recommend this in all circumstances.
  3. You should also ensure that you comply with all travel health requirements, such as vaccinations.
  4. if in our reasonable opinion or in the reasonable opinion of any group leader or other person in authority, your behaviour is causing danger, damage to property or persistently affecting the enjoyment of others, we reserve the right to terminate your pilgrimage. Should this happen no refund or compensation would be paid. If your behaviour results in Babsalam Hajj & Umrah being forced to pay additional charges, Babsalam Hajj & Umrah will seek to recover them in full from you.

Babsalam Hajj and Umrah will insha Allah make your Hajj pilgrimage a successful one. In the event of any difficulty arising, we will try and resolve the situation as smoothly and as quickly as possible.
